By accessing and using the New Hampshire Business Education Association (NHBEA) website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

By accessing or using the NHBEA website (nhbea.org), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Membership

Eligibility

Membership in NHBEA is open to:

  • Current and retired business educators in New Hampshire
  • Pre-service teachers pursuing business education degrees
  • Students enrolled in business education programs
  • Others interested in supporting business education

Membership Fees

Membership fees are set annually by the NHBEA Executive Board. Professional membership dues are $50 per year. Student membership is free. Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Member Benefits and Responsibilities

Members receive access to:

  • Professional development opportunities
  • Free or discounted conference registration
  • Networking events and resources
  • NHBEA communications and updates
  • Voting rights on organizational matters

Members are expected to uphold professional standards and contribute positively to the business education community.

Conference and Event Registration

Registration and Payment

Conference registration requires payment of applicable fees. NHBEA members receive free or discounted registration rates. All registrations are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Conference registration cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation timeline specified in the conference registration materials. NHBEA reserves the right to cancel or modify events due to circumstances beyond our control.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the NHBEA website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access
