NHBEA, in conjuction with the New Hampshire Department of Education and the Manchester Monarchs, sponsored a "Celebration of Education." Teachers received a free ticket and discounts for friends and family to attend the February 22 Monarch's Hockey Game. NHBEA worked with the Department of Education to promote the outstanding contributions of educators with TV, radio and newspaper spots. There was a special celebration recognizing the teachers present at the Monarchs Game.
